How to start a return: Email us at jsavastano315@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple return instructions.

 

Conditions: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in usable condition with all original parts. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.
